Meet the team behind Sniips

We're on a mission to eliminate repetitive typing and give everyone more time for what matters

Our story

From frustration to solution

How a simple annoyance became a tool for thousands

2019

The problem

Our founder typed the same customer support responses hundreds of times a week. There had to be a better way.

2020

The prototype

Built the first version of Sniips to solve our own problem. Friends and colleagues started asking for it.

2021

Public launch

Launched Sniips publicly. Reached 10,000 users in the first month through word of mouth alone.

2023

Cross-platform

Expanded to Windows, Linux, and browser extensions. Now available everywhere you type.

2025

Growing strong

Over 500,000 active users creating millions of snippets. And we're just getting started.

Our mission

To save the world from repetitive typing. We believe everyone deserves tools that handle the mundane so they can focus on meaningful work. Every snippet saved is time given back.

Our vision

A world where no one types the same thing twice. Where text flows effortlessly across devices, and productivity tools are accessible to everyone—not just power users.

Privacy matters

Your snippets are your business. We use end-to-end encryption and never sell your data. Ever.

Universal access

Great tools shouldn't require a big budget. Our free tier is genuinely useful, not just a teaser.

User-driven

Our roadmap comes from you. The features you request most are the features we build next.
